Could I be pregnant?

Okay so I was on birth control and got put on antibiotics. I had unprotected sex during the course of my antibiotics. My period was scheduled to start in about 3 weeks after and it started several days early. Now I am feeling nauseated and have had cramps and a weird full feeling behind my belly button, in my uterus area. Is it possible I am pregnant? Or just paranoid?
