36weeks pregnant horrible swollen feet

So I am 36 weeks pregnant and have had some minor swelling. Now before I start I was I a sitting position for about an hour working on a project. My feet began hurting and tingling like they had fallen asleep. I stood up and they hurt again. Like they had simply fallen asleep. I looked down though and they are red and super swollen and tight. I am elevating them to see if it goes down before I call the on call line for my Obgyn. I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced something like this?
