Sex question!!

So I'm 31 and I recently started dating my best friend of 5 yrs. ( he chased me its a long story. I was in denial lmao). Anyway we have been discussing sex and he is very well endowed over 9. My question  is how do I handle all of that? I have been celibate for the last four years and really haven't had a sex drive due to (PCOS) but recently that has changed now that I have lost 50 lbs and got my PCOS under control. Any suggestions would be appreciated/ advice !!
