STD Symptoms??

I am very paranoid and have previously had sex with a stranger, it was completely protected but he did perform oral sex on me. I then performed oral sex on a girl and she said she had been tested and was clean. Any symptoms that I would be having from an STD from these activities?? Yes I know this wasn't smart on my part but please dont be judgemental and say stuff on how I shouldn't do that. As of now i have a normal discharge and no sores, anyhing that i do have seems to be like an ingrown hair.
