Positive HPT after 1st IUI

My husband and I have been trying to conceive going on 2 years! I have PCOS so that has been the reason for this journey! We finally made some progress with gonal-f injections which got us 2 large follicles. We did ovidrel 250mg on 7/25/16 and had our 1st IUI on 7/27/16. We are suppose to take a hpt on 8/10/16 but we were anxious. So we took on 8/6/16 (my birthday) and today, 8/8/16 and they both were positive! Could these be actual positives even though we tested a couple of days early?
