How soon?

How soon did you/or are you packing your hospital & diaper bags?? I'm 30 weeks and it still seems early but I always like to be prepared. I know some women don't really bring anything but I definitely want to make sure I have the things I want with me for my stay. I'm also suck on when to start setting things up. I haven't even prepared baby boy's room 😩 any recommendations on time frames?

I had my son at 36 weeks, I was completely unprepared, my water broke and i rushed to the hospital... no bags packed, and it was 5 days before my baby shower, it sucked... So this time around I'm doing everything earlier. I'm currently 32 weeks, my baby shower is this weekend and I will pack bags after that. I want to fully be prepared this time around.

I'm almost 32wks and have a few things in baby girls diaper bag for the hospital, but hubby and I haven't done our bags yet. We are in the process of moving, so I just want to get into the house first (in the next two weeks) and then tackle the bags!! 
I'm hoping my delay means she'll just stay in a little longer, 6more weeks please lol 😉😂

I had my baby at 38&5 I was prepared but for about 3 weeks all I did was come home and keep going through her bag. Lol so this time I'm waiting until after the 10th of September which is my baby shower. I'll be 36 weeks. My bag will probably be packed at 35 just in case.

Don't worry too much about the baby's room. It'll fall into place in time. I do suggest having the major furniture & important items purchased before he gets here. 
Just suggestions/example:
Crib/mattress
Changing table/changing pad
Clothing, towels, bedding washed
Diaper bag
Car seat
Stroller

I am currently 31w5d. I started packing my hospital bag at 30 weeks. I have about 3 more items to get & I plan to be finished in the next 2 weeks (by the time in 34-35 weeks).

I'm 32 weeks tomorrow and in same boat. Will be starting next week. Hospital bag I'm not packing till 36 weeks. If I go to hospital before that I'll send my husband home to pack for me. 😜
