Prozac and conception

So I'm on 20mg of Prozac daily and I think I'm pregnant but it's too early to test the thing is is that I had a mc in January and I'm just worried that I could have another because I'm only 16 and Prozac can make those chances higher. Because of my age I'm scared to talk to my doctor about it so should I stop taking it? If I am pregnant I'll be so over the moon that I won't need the Prozac lol
