Do you eat deli meats while pregnant?

I was told recently to heat it up before eating.

I would eat it just from a reliable grosery store, in my case Publix

The only thing i strictly avoid is anything containing vit A or high level of murcury. I dont have raw fish such as sushi either. Anything else i have well when i can as i have bad sickness. If you avoid all foods youll land up with nothing as in pregnancy every food has a risk accordingly

I eat subway about 2-3 times a week. Unless there's been a recent outbreak of listeria chances are slim of getting sick, according to my doctor. If you're worried about it though, 10-15 seconds in the microwave will do the trick

I have been eating it just because I don't know what to really eat for lunches. And its fairly cheap over here in Australia. But I've only bought it twice while pregnant (currently 17w5d). But then I do have ham on my pizza...
