My boyfriend wants to go clubbing

So basically my boyfriend wants to go clubbing after always saying that isn't his scene and there's no point when in a relationship. Anyway I said I don't mind him going, anyway he went onto to say no actually you're my priority I won't go. So I said Oh okay fair enough. He then went back on that and said he was going... so I said Oh because I was a little hurt that he went back on what he said... and I'm afraid my opinion is if a group of lads go clubbing most of the time it's just to flirt with the ladies... so now we are in a full blown argument and I don't know is it my fault?
