Ulcer or baby

I'm 21 and idk why but I spotted on my o day after having sex the day before my fertile week after that I started feeling sick my breast started getting tender and hurting then I started getting nauseous I think I just had my period but none of my symptoms have gone away Ive even thrown up randomly at work (really gross😷) I think they're may be a chance I'm pregnant but my mother seems to think I may have a ulcer... what do you ladies think
