Acupuncturist said AF is coming 😩

Went to acupuncturist today.  I am 10 dpo today.  I have been having a significant lower back ache for the last 4 days and my lower back muscles are spasming.  I've also spotted mildly 3 times in the last three days.  Acupuncturist was insistent that AF is going to start soon.  She used to specialize in fertility acupuncture but I am seeing her for something else.  Can't she let a girl dream that she is feeling early pregnancy signs 😖😫😢😭
