When did you tell your friends and family you were expecting??

Just wondering when? As people can be quite different as to when they share the news

My plan has always been to wait 12 weeks until I'm out of the first trimester. I've decided though that if I have bad morning sickness, I'll have to share earlier because there's no way I can hide that from my parents and my in-laws!!

With our daughter we told no one until 14 weeks. With this one we will leave it longer if possible.

With our recent miscarriage we told friends and close family as soon as we found out (about 6 weeks) and we told others (Facebook, etc) at 8 weeks. Unfortunately we lost our baby at 10 weeks so had to go back and tell everyone that... But when we get pregnant again we plan on waiting till 12 weeks or so (hopefully it'll be this cycle and we can do a cute thanksgiving announcement!!!) lol.

After my first scan (in the UK it's at 12 weeks... Although I turned out to be 13 weeks)... I wanted to wait until then as chance of MC is reduced X
