Af was due today

Af was due today according to glow (it's usually not off) all I'm having is spotting though and the past two days I have slept until 11 which is not normal for me and about 4 I feel like I need a nap.. 3 days ago I had light cramping all day and some pink spotting..i guess I'm out this month, I took a test this afternoon and it was negative.. We just want a baby so bad.... 😭
