Hubbs Semen Analysis

So my husband went for a 2nd semen analysis. I we got the results and came back as the same as the first 1. Low motility, we now have an appointment to go see a male infertility doctor for this problem. My hunch could be my husbands work environment. He works outside in the heat all day, everyday. But I know it could also be health issue's. Has anyone gone through this with their husband and was able to conceive?
