Wait it out?

From glow and another app I was suppose to start yesterday(I KNOW ITS JUST A PREDICTION) but it's usually accurate. But I really haven't had any pms symptoms besides slight cramping. Should I just wait it out another week? Or what? I took a test not yesterday but the day before and it was a bfn. I've been waiting for af so I can get it over with so we can ttc.
