HGC levels

Hey ladies , so this is my 2nd pregnancy as before this one I had a misscarriage at 3months I didn't know I was pregnant until I went to the hospital and told me I was pregnant but also having a misscarriage so I'm very careful and cautious now more than ever! So question has anyone had there levels go down drastically at 11 weeks ? The only pregnancy symptom I have is my hunger pains every hour and my breast don't hurt as much anymore as they did at 7weeks I have mild cramping and no bleeding. I went of an Emgerency ultrasound and baby's heart rate was at  160 and is totally fine and healthy!
