am I pregnant?

So I'm 18 days late on my period. The last period I got was July 18th and it last 3 days . It was super light all 3 days and that's not normal for me . Normally the first day through the 3 days are heavy . I am not having any other symptoms besides certain foods I normally don't eat im wanting and food I do eat taste gross. I ate a hot dog and started gagging because it tasted like eggs 😷😖. I have severe endometriosis and doctors told me I won't be able to get pregnant . Should I still take a pregnancy test ?
