I hate loud neighbors!

I live(D) in a nice quiet part of a crap city filled with crime. It took me and my fiancé years of promotions to finally be able to afford living in the neighborhood. We moved from a neighborhoods filled with shootings, drugs and constant police activity to a quiet, NO crime, beautiful neighborhood.

Last weekend these new people moved into the complex and from the start they were a nightmare! They would park their uhaul in a way no one could leave until the landlorde told them to FREAKING MOVE because they weren't listening to anyone else (many people were late to work because of them), and yesterday until the wee hours of the morning, they were cranking their radio up in their car and drinking beer while talking obnoxiously loud to their friends and screaming swears when kids are around! I only got 3 hours of sleep last night. Their car is so loud because they took off their muffler and its making my dog bark like crazy in the middle of the night! He is used to bad neighborhoods! Sounds like that are alarming to him!

Since they moved in, a cop cars have been patrolling the complex every few hours during the day and night and a cop check up on them! If these people are criminals, they arent the kind that are trying to make a better life of themselves and start freah, or people that just need some help or people that made a wrong decision once. Noooo, these are mean bullies who swear at children and make this complex hostile and need to get the hell out! Many people have talked to the landlord, the cops have been called, NOTHING has been done! I dont even know how they were even approved to rent here! I thought I was done with cop cars patrolling the neighborhood and living around mean and obnoxious criminals, but I guess this part of town is going to go to the dogs too. They are making a bad name for those who have rehabilitated. Because of people like THIS, this once beautiful town is now pure shit.
