I need help

So for the past 2 days I've been cramping(mild) and my breast aren't hurting terrible but it does feel sore and tingly. And my back hurt. Oh white discharge only once that was today. I didn't want to google this cause everything is pregnant or some weird problem. Thank you guys! Oh and Also I had sex about a week ago and I should be getting my period in a week and 4 days.
