Only communicating on snap. Is this bad ??

So this guy and I have been talking since April of this year. We met over Twitter and starts following each other on snap . From there we communicated through snap. He did ask for mnumber back In April and used it a few times but then we still communicated through snap. I never questioned it because it wasn't a big deal but now since it's September and we still been talking and hanging out. I'm starting to feel a type of way. And he also said he does have my number but just doesn't use it. Should I feel some type of away about this ? And how should I approach him about it ?
