My BF and I work together and we work with girls who don't like me. They still talk to him but totally ignore me.

It's like the worst possible situation. I tried to tell my boyfriend how I feel and he told me he would try his best to not make it worse. He also said that he would not stop talking to someone that he knew because I wasn't talking to him. A reminder this is in the work place so I understand that we have to be professional but it's so hard seeing these girls talk to my boyfriend and completely ignore me. If we are having a conversation the girls make it between my boyfriend and them. Should I be mad at my boyfriend? Should I break up with him over what he said? I love him so much but the situation is hindering our relationship.
