Pain during sex

I lost my virginity to my current boyfriend and I've only ever had sex with him. Every time we have sex there's always a sharp pain on my left pelvic region and my ovaries always hurt afterwards. Yesterday we had sex again and the pain was even worse the his time. We use condoms and he's not a big guy, he's pretty average. I am tested and have no stds, what could it be?
