baby refuses to sleep 😩

Anyone else's baby fighting nap time like crazy? He's 9 weeks old and has been doing this for over a month now. I feel like I have tried everything. Full belly and dry diaper. Burped and swaddled. White noise and lullaby music. As he's starting to fall asleep, he will cry, kick his feet, even scratch himself to stay awake. Usually bed time isn't too bad. He does great over night. But last night was rough and I'm hoping it was just a bad night. Getting exhausted and desperate here and trying not to take out my anger on my husband 😁
