Reselling baby items

Time to get rid of some stuff but I'm not sure of the best place. We have a Once Upon a Child consignment store that I'm considering. I've never sold anything on eBay so not sure of process there. Also I can use Craig's list. What are your thoughts? Baby clothes and some toys and bedding.
