When should i? Please help.

When should I be ovulating this month? Ive been taking ovulation test before/after and when glow says im fertile and they've all been negative this month. Ugh jus had a MC in July at 9 weeks. My cycle has been all over the place. Ive been cramping real bad and all bfn test. What could this be please help I'm so lost in what's happening with my body. Has anyone exspierienced this after a mc?
