mucous and blood in poop

Yes, I have taken my daughter to the doctor and have been busy collecting her stools to send to the lab. Just wondering if anyone else head dealt with this. This morning she had a huge wet blowout. I put her in the bath and she pooped again. Then, her next diaper was full of green and yellow mucous with blood. Since then she's had probably 15 mucous diapers with no more poop. She seems to be in pain and now has a horrible diaper rash. Any ideas?
