Is this normal?

Im having contractions ive been having them since i was 30 weeks im on Niphedipine to keep them under control im 34 weeks and 1 day today, anyways these contractions im feeling are a little different than early on when i get them it puts this pressure down below almost like im having my period but anyways its a dull pain that last the whole duration of the contraction ): should i not be worried? Or no since im on meds and that im not dilating.
