symptoms of pregnancy!

I've been ridiculously exhausted the past 2 weeks where I've nearly had to go home from work as I thought I was going to fall asleep! I've been going to bed a lot earlier than normal and I've lost my sex drive randomly when it's usually quite high... I only just suddenly thought, could this be signs of pregnancy? Has anyone else had this?
