I have pcos so we were told it will be very hard to get pregnant

I have pcos so we were told it will be very hard to get pregnant. we have been trying since October and we took three home test and all came back positive saying I'm 2 to 3 weeks. I'll be doing to the doctor this week to have it confirmed by a blood test but seeing a pregnant sign instead of a not pregnant sign was the best feeling ever. I didn't know if I should cry or just smile!
