Baby movement

I am 17 weeks and 2 day so far and as I am laying in bed I feel a twitch on the right side. It twitches and then a few seconds go by and twitch again and same thing one last time.. I have been reading about flutters and such but this feeling is pretty distinct .. and it feels like how a muscle twitches.

In the last few day of my 16th week I felt the same thing just in my low low adomenal.. I am very skeptical about saying it's the baby moving but honestly I don't know what else to call it.. has anyone had the same type of feeling as baby movement?

Was it flutters or kicks?
