Braxton hicks?

Last night when I went to bed I could not move without my whole belly feeling like it was being squeezed or something but my whole belly was cramping like every time I moved probably lasting 30 seconds was this Braxton hicks? Im a first time mom and I never experienced these before I mean they're different from craps which are normally just in one spot but this time it was mostly in my lower stomach and I felt it in my uterus

Def Braxton Hicks but you need to really watch often you have them. Mine started around 26 weeks (this is my 3rd baby) and have gotten closer together. I'm now 30w5d and have been hospitalized 2x in the last 2 weeks for contractions. I'm already dilated 1cm and thinning. I had no idea they were doing anything but being uncomfortable. I'm now seeing the doctor 3-4 times a week for preterm labor.

Completely normal, I experienced it with my first only a little bit. Didn't happen a lot. I'm having my second one now & this pregnancy has been very different. So yes it's normal.  As a first time mom I would make sure you talk to a doctor about most things that worry you. If you have a good doctor they will understand! It is very normal to have them further along in pregnancy. Now if your early on having this pain I would get checked out. Sometimes early pregnancies don't have the same issues as others. Bleeding and cramps is something to look for if your worried about the pain and are early pregnancy meaning less then 12-14 weeks. Also discharge and pain later in pregnancy means early labor. So just be careful. Check with your doctor for major concerns. Best of luck in your pregnancy!
