- sometimes acne can get worse at different parts of your cycle - maybe record them on this app and see if you can spot a pattern to little breakouts?

- regular skincare routine! Take care with the products you use too. Eg try to stick to non-scented cleansers and moisturisers like cetaphil (which is exactly what I'd recommend)

- always take your makeup off before you sleep! Also take it off asap when you get home from anything - it lets your skin breathe

- spot treatments: I sometimes use tea tree oil - just dab a bit on the spot and it should dry it out. It's very drying so I don't suggest this for people with dry skin. For something a little stronger, you can try stuff like benzac cream - I think you can get it from the pharmacy

- try staying hydrated internally ie WATER.

- speaking of internally, how's your food? Eating stuff you know is shit for you in abundance and notice your skin goes nuts? Ya. That could be it

- supplements: some natural supplements can be helpful - id recommend a one a day zinc (15-25mg).

- medication: if it's so bad you wanna rip your face off (some people get the worst acne and absolutely nothing else will help), talk to your gp and ask about what they'd suggest/have to say - prompt them about stuff like antibiotics or the pill - both of these could be use for help controlling acne.
