The HOSPITAL will not help me

Please everyone I need your advice so badly... About a month ago I went to the Hospital via ambulance because I've been having cramps so severe it feels like I'm having constant contractions! (Yes I'm a mother so I know exactly what I'm talking about) when I tell you, it genuinely feels like I'm in labour, IT FEELS LIKE IT! And that's what I told the doctors! They basically refused to examine me because by the time they'd come over to see me, the drugs that the ambulance people dosed me up with had kicked in & no longer crying with pain so it's like they was just trying to get me out of their hair ASAP! - I kicked up a fuss and started crying saying I want answers, and I let slip that I had preciously been diagnosed with PID (pelvic inflammatory disease) years before, so of course the nurse said "well I can do a exam on you right now see if I can spot anything" (using her fingers) aaaand of course came back and told me it was PID... Gave me antibiotics & told me to book an appointment with my doctor so they can book me in at the hospital for a scan, that was a month ago... And the pains have NOT gone... Even after the antibiotics. I don't even think they gave me the correct diagnosis as this pain I'm suffering is SEVERE and feels like it's actually doing damage to my insides! I'm a single mother and I've had to ask my parents to take my child tonight as I can't honestly cope with these pains any longer. What I'm asking is is there a way I can go to the hospital and DEMAND answers and a proper examination!?! I am at my wits end and physically and emotionally cannot deal with this  pain much longer! Help me, PLEASE! Before it's too late and something perminment happens! Thank you xx
