After careful consideration I've decided to post this picture to place accountability on myself. I'm a 31yo mother of 3 amazing girls, 13yo, 6yo and 4mo.. I'm newly a stay at home mom and that's been.... an adventure😜... I have tried to take control of my health and body so many times I've lost count. But this time will be different. I can feel it. You know they? Because now more than ever I realize that I have a duty. An extremely important one. A duty to teach self love to my daughters. ❤️❤️❤️And that can only be done by example.
