When to test?

This is my first time posting, so I'm a little nervous but I really need some womanly advice. So, I haven't gotten my period. I'm not going to jump and say I'm pregnant just yet though because well, I haven't tested yet. I'm not really sure if I should. I've been told before that it'll be really hard or even impossible for me to get pregnant. My flow is not what you would call "normal" it is consistent, but there isn't really a cycle pattern. For the past 2 years I've been getting my period pretty much every month, never on the day that any cycle app predicts but usually within a week, but I usually won't have a period in February. So I rarely miss, unless I'm beyond stressed, which for the past 2 months I've been far from. Anyway, so it's been over 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten a period, part of me wants to wait it out until November to see if I get it by then, and another part just wants to take a test and know exactly what's going on. I'm scared because I'm torn between wanting to be pregnant but I also don't feel like it's possible. What should I do? Should I wait to see if I get my flow? Or should I just suck it up and take the test?
