Idk i feel like iam in a way. I hate being like that sometimes. I know it's not good. Pple shouldn't be this way.

I know theres some who are the same way.

I guess you can i used to be nice to everyone help them in every possible way i could with out them asking. Sometimes they don't see or appreciate that .And you get tired of it.

Is there any way i can become a better person

I dont like being like this with pple. My husband says "always help never expect anything in return" and believe me i have and i try til today but ived been led down many times by family or friends and you just care anymore.
