5 Days late😩

So I'm 5 Days late for my period, About two weeks ago I was having some pink discharge that went away the next day. that next week I was cramping so bad I wore a pad to sleep because i thought I was going to wake up and be on my period, But boy was I wrong I woke up to nothing I went to the doctors this morning and my pregnancy test was negative I am never ever late for my period I'm so confused can I still be pregnant? Btw me and my boyfriend have not been using condoms
