Help is this normal

Ok so i am 8dpo my bbt has been epevated for two days now. Boobs are not sore but they feel bigger. Cm is creamy but not super thick. Cervix is high to medium super soft and closed. I have been having cramps but they are not normal pms cramps. They hurt but it feels more like pressure. My family tells me i have a glow and that i look preggo. Help is it possible to have symptoms already?
