birth control and no period?

I just got on nexplanon two months ago which is an arm implant birth control. I got my period two weeks after being on it then after that I haven't had a period since. I took two pregnancy tests a week after my missed period and they both said I wasn't pregnant? should I still be concerned if I haven't had any pregnancy symptoms? I'm super cautious about this stuff please help 😂

I had the nexplanon in for about two and a half years and only had maybe two periods at the beginng if it.

The implant can make periods irregular an stop them. You're 99.9% protected, so risk of pregnancy is low.
