dad and fiancé

My fiancé broke up with my in May and then decided he made a huge mistake in July so we have been back together ever since. Our relationship is better than ever and I truly think that break was what we needed. But it was a very difficult time for me and I was very very upset. My dad was there during all of it. Well tonight my dad and fiancé saw each other for the first time and my dad didn't speak to him. He's not much of a talker anyway, but I'm just upset that nobody will ever like my fiancé again. It was shitty what he did and yes I was a mess but I am happy now. Any advice?
