I need just need a good word or words. I have a month old baby and I am so depressed because I haven't had any support or care shown by my child's father. I feel so alone 😥😥😥😥

Single mum here with 3 yr old and almost 6 week old.  I love the  single mum life,  make sure you talk to dr about how u are feeling and chat with friends...find supports.  U are not alone

Single mom of 3 ages 10,6, and 6wks 4days. I totally understand what ur feeling. Since my LO has been born I've cried and felt really down about life period. I've never regretted her or felt like I didn't want to be her mom but I have felt sorry for her bc she does not have a full time dad. When my LO was about 3wks old I was finally tired of crying, being angry, and loosing sleep so I found a therapist. I've had 2 actual sessions and let me tell u it feels good to just talk about what I'm feeling and cry it out. It's really helping me and it's covered by my insurance so I'm paying nothing out of pocket. Try to find a counselor to talk to. I'm far from healed but I'm on my way.
