Is it possible to get pregnant with an iud?!😕😱

So me and my guy have a lot of sex.  But we never use i condom (crazy i know)  as of late I've been eating a lot more sleeping all the time there's  been some cramps and now my period is late. I haven't taken a pt yet mostly cause I'm a little afraid of the answer..   What do you guys think ???

Possible, but unlikely. IUDs are 99.9% effective. Less than 1 in 100 women get pregnant while using one.

I have Mirena, and my partner and I never use condoms. 10 months in, no scares or pregnancy.

I have the mirena and still have periods every month and I been on it for 2yrs now and just started having sex again a few months ago and don't use protect all the time and having gotten pregnant yet.

Is it possible to get pregnant with an iud?!😕😱
