did the pill work for you?

Deciding on if I get the pill to cause the body to extract the pregnancy or d&c.

I took the vaginal pills. Was very strong and painful cramps with heavy bleeding and passing tissue. But it was all out by the second day. I'd recommend it over the procedure.

I,took the pill and it did nothing😕 maybe a half a pad of blood. I ended up getting a d&c

I'm using the pill now.  I took my first dose Saturday and although I bled a little - nothing really happened.  
I returned to my OB yesterday to request a D&C so that I can just move on and get past this and he talked me out of it. So he upped the MG/dose and put me back on it for 3 more days.  I'm not going to lie - the cramps hurt  (but they are not UNBEARABLE) ... especially if you use some type of pain manageable. In fact - for me, the pain makes it a little more real and is helping me accept that I lost this pregnancy.

As for a D&C - the risk of scaring impacting my future fertility was enough to talk me out of it for now. If these pulls do not do everything they need to do over the next 2 weeks or so - then I may need one.  My doctor put it best - you cannot undo it once it's been done.  If you NEED one, that's one thing - but to risk your future fertility and health just to get back to work faster (my particular reason for wanting it), shouldn't be the reason.

I'm sorry that you are experiencing this.  This is my first MC and I wish this pain (both emotionally and physically) onto nobody.
