Birthing ball to help indue labor?

Did any of you try it? Did it work? How did you sit to use it? I've never had contractions and last I knew I was 1cm &70% effective 39&3

There are so many ways you can utilize it. I love it!! I sway in a circular motion that helps take pressure off my back and help open up down there. You can also use it for squats and other stretches.

I sit on the ball while I'm watching tv and bounce on it. I've had two easy, fast deliveries, not sure it the ball was the cause but it definitely can't help!

I'm pregnant with my second child 39+4 days &&a I've been using the ball since I was 35 weeks && at 37 weeks I was 1 cm but my cervix was hard , at my 39 week check up they said nothing has changed I'm still 1 cm &&a cervix is still hard 😩😩😩
