Frequent need to urinate

I started being sexually active shortly ago, and this is my third time having sex. We also don't use condom but we use another protection method. I've noticed this symphtom which I'm worried about. So each time after having sex I have this sudden need to urinate which usually lasts a day. I have to go to urinate frequently, sometimes even 10 minutes after the last time I did. My secretions are totally fine, they don't smell funky but my whole vagina gets swollen too and kind of burns after sex.

Being honest, my partner is kinda big and we go rough on it so maybe this is the reason for the area being swollen? Could it be an infection?
