What is the best birth control for breastfeeding????

I need to figure out what I am gonna do about birth control. I have done some research. But I still need a little help on deciding...... What worked for you?

I've taken the mini pill, if you don't think you'll remember to take at the EXACT same time everyday, use backup. #3 was conceived on the mini pill while still breastfeeding.

I take the mini pill and have had no issues. We want to start TTC our next in 8 months so an IUD didn't make sense.

Iud and mini pills are the only options. With the mini pills you have to take them the SAME time EVERYDAY
