Vvvv faint line?

My period was 10 days late, then light spotting for a day. Today is day 5 after spotting. My breasts have been tender for 3 weeks, my nipples are darker (DH mentioned it, I barely noticed) I'm exhausted, moody, nauseous, having dizzy spells (fell at work yesterday) and clear discharge is coming from my nipples if they are squeezed (tmi) . I have been testing like crazy because these symptoms have been driving me nuts. I have an appointment with my provider on Monday. So you see anything? Or am I driving myself crazy?
