Abdominal Ultrasound at 7 weeks??

Question

Have they been able to see the baby?
Have they been able to hear the heartbeat?

I really don't want to have a transvaginal ultrasound. I had one at 4 weeks and had terrible cramps.

7wks 1 day abdominal. We were also able to see the heartbeat

Generally they will do a transvaginal until 8 weeks. At 8 weeks they do the abdominal but if things don't look as clear, they were still do the TV

I had one at 7+6. They could see baby and heartbeat. Not really much to see at that point since they're so small though. The pictures they gave me after that one just look like a blob that slightly resembles a person.

They did a transvaginal scan at 7 weeks and abdominal at 9 weeks for me. I was able to see baby and heartbeat at 7 weeks though
