light fall

So last night clumsy me fell getting out of bed. Caught my foot on a sheet and fell flat...went to he doctor and everything is fine! Kiddo was moving like crazy and had a normal heart beat and the monitored me for over an hour. Now I am kicking myself for being so stupid & my anxiety is just ripping me to shreds!! Any other mamas out there fall and everything's okay? I can't be the only mama to be whose fallen right?
