COULD I BE PREGNANT

on oct 1, i had unprotected sex. he ejaculated outside of my vagina. on oct. 7 i had a normal period. i had only felt gassy throughout this month , and now it's the 7th of this month & my period didn't come on the exact day of last month and i'm cramping. the is the first time of me tracking my period. i don't know if i'm just stressing myself, or if i should be worrried about being pregnant
